When does the Petite Revery Black Friday 2023 sale start?
Our sale starts on November 21, 2023 at 5pm PST! Take note of that timezone so you don’t miss on the best prices for our kids tops, dresses, bottoms, and more. Oh, and new deals will be added daily so check the full schedule of our Black Friday 2023 sale here.
When is the Petite Revery Cyber Monday 2023 sale?
We love keeping a good thing going: our Cyber Monday 2023 sale goes live on November 26, 2023 at 9pm PST.

How long will shipping take?
Shipping may take up to 4 weeks and we’ll work hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible. We’ll also continuously update product pages with expected delivery dates so you’ll have the latest information before placing your order.

Is local pickup available for my Black Friday order?
Yes. Local pickup is available only at our storefront in Richmond, BC, Canada. Once your order is packed and ready for pickup, you will be notified by email.

Can I return Black Friday sale items?
All items purchased during Black Friday 2023 are final sale.

Can I add or change orders after I’ve placed them?
Unfortunately, your order can’t be changed once it’s been placed due to the high volume of orders we receive this time of year. Please double (or triple!) check your cart before paying. 

Will you do price match or price adjustments for Nest Designs orders purchased before the Petite Revery Black Friday 2023 sale?
We won’t be able to do price matching or adjustments, but hopefully the amazing deals we have lined up will make up for it!

Can I combine my Black Friday orders?
Due to the high volume of orders, we can’t accommodate requests to combine orders during this time. 

Can I load my cart ahead of time for Black Friday?
No procrastinating here! Yes, you can load your cart ahead of time since everything on the site (no exclusions) will be part of our Black Friday 2023 sale. If you’re signed up for email updates, we’ll remind you to do this before we close the website to prepare for the sale.

What happens if one of the items in my order goes out of stock while the order is being shipped?
We do our best to stock up on inventory for Black Friday, but sometimes a product becomes unexpectedly popular during the sale or we’re unable to update a product’s status before an order is placed. While this can be disappointing, rest assured that you’ll be refunded for the items that are no longer available.

My Black Friday order is a gift. Can you wrap it for me?
While we can’t gift wrap your order, this could be a great activity for you and your creative kiddo to do together!

Can I use my reward points for the sale?
Yes! Members of our Little Dreamers Club can use their points to get an even bigger discount on their Black Friday order.
