Shipping and Storefront Pick-up:
On orders $50.00+, free standard shipping is offered (only applicable on deliveries to Canada & the U.S. All other countries, see rate upon checkout).

For order under $50.00, shipping prices will vary upon your location and will be charged at checkout. To see the charge, please proceed to check out and it will appear on your total before payment.

Please allow 1 to 3 business days from time of purchase for your order to process. Once order has been processed your order will be shipped out between 3-7 business days. Petite Revery can not guarantee specific delivery times. Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on order processing time and the distance of the shipping address from our distribution centre. Please note, shipping will happen on business days only (no weekends or statutory holidays).

Please note we are unable to instruct our couriers to leave your parcel in specified places. Please be vigilant about your delivery and be sure to track it.Petite Revery will not be responsible for missing parcels.

Pick-up:

Once your order is packed and ready for pick up, you will be notified by email. Please be sure to check your spam folder, as they may end up there from time to time.

Pick-up location: 6251 Graybar Road, Unit 150, Richmond, BC.

Pick-up times: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 4:30pm (please note, our office is closed on statutory holidays).

Duties and Tax:

Petite Revery online orders do not include any applicable import taxes, customs duties and fees that are due upon entry into the destination country with the exception of Canada. For Canadian purchases taxes will be included in your purchase at checkout.

All other countries, duties, fees and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient, and are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.Customs policies vary widely from country to country and can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Returns:

We accept returns on products within 30 days of delivery date. Product must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. All sale items, and items bought on promotion are final sale. For hygienic reasons, we also are unable to accept returns or exchanges on swimwear.

Items purchased at a third party vendor such as a local boutique, must be returned to the same store store according to their return/exchange policy.
The original shipping on an order is non-refundable and we do not offer free-shipping on returns, and you will be responsible for the return shipping fee. We will refund the value of your returned items (less the return fee of $5.99) using the same payment method initially used for the purchase. International sales are final and no return will be accepted.Once your returned items are received, we will process the refund to the original form of payment.

Local customers in Vancouver who made online purchases on the Petite Revery website have the option of returning items directly to the store located in . They can choose between receiving a refund in the form of store credit or having the amount refunded to their original payment method.  

For online purchases, you should initiate a return request online  through our RETURN CENTER  and follow the instructions mentioned in the return approval confirmation email to return the items. Please bring the RMA number (RMA) to the store as proof of return approval

Purchases made at a local store cannot be returned or exchanged online; these transactions should be processed through our local store.

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges at the store to ensure smooth transactions. If you wish to exchange a product, please return it and reorder in-store. To initiate a return, please follow the return process mentioned above.

Local Vancouver Customers (Online Purchases):

Customers in Vancouver who made online purchases through the  Petite Revery website can return items directly to the store.

Refund options include: Store credit or refund to the original payment method

Return Process for Online Purchases:

To return an online purchase, initiate the return request through the RETURN CENTER on the website.

Follow the instructions in the return approval confirmation email.

RMA Number: Bring the RMA number to the store as proof of return approval.

In-Store Purchases:

Items purchased at a local store cannot be returned or exchanged online.

These transactions must be handled directly through the local store.

Exchanges:

Direct exchanges are not available in-store. To exchange an item, return the item first and then reorder the desired product in-store.

Cancellations:

Once orders are submitted and are in processing they can not be cancelled. If we are able to catch the order in time, you will be charged 4% processing fee to cancel the order.In the event a product is sold out.Petite Revery has the right to refund the item and ship the remainder of the order, or if the entire order is sold out, cancel the order and refund the amount paid.

Sale Purchases:

Sale items (except for major clearance sales) may be returned for store credit or exchanged only. When requesting a return label, please select the store credits option for sale returns.

All items purchased during a Clearance Sale (Summer Clearance, Pre-Black Friday, Black Friday or unless otherwise stated) are considered final sale. Final sale items are sold in “as-is” condition and cannot be returned, exchanged, or replaced.

Exchanges:

For a more efficient service, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. To ensure you get the product you need, simply place a new order. As soon as we receive your returned item, we refund the purchase amount to the original method of payment, such as the credit card used for the order. If the refund is applied to your credit card, your credit card company may take up to 10 additional business days to post the refund to your account. Defective or damaged items may be exchanged for the same item.

Missing or Incorrect Item

Missing Items:

If an item is missing from your order, please submit your request within 7 business days of delivery.

Sometimes bulk orders are shipped in multiple packages, so check the tracking ID to see if the missing item is in a separate shipment.
